Subrata Das is an experienced Freelancer and Lead Facilitator in the FPO (Farmer Producer Organization) sector, with several years of hands-on expertise in working closely with rural communities and agricultural collectives.
He specializes in guiding FPO initiatives, strengthening farmer networks, and supporting sustainable agricultural development through practical knowledge and field experience.
